Paul van Eeden is the President of Cranberry Capital Inc. and a director of C3 Alliance Corp. Paul started his business career in 1985 and has been involved in public capital markets since 1995, first as a broker and later as an investor. Paul has a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and is known for his research on gold pricing models and monetary inflation.Paddy Nicol, MBA President, CEO & Director
Paddy has over 15 years’ experience in public company management serving on the boards of Abacus Mining Corp., Redstar Gold Corp., Niblack Mining Corp., Cobre Exploration Ltd., and Spanish Mountain Gold. Most recently he was the President and CEO of Niblack Mining Corp. which successfully merged with Committee Bay Resources in 2008. During his tenure, Paddy developed an extensive network of contacts throughout the institutional and retail investment community. David Caulfield was co-founder of Rimfire Minerals Corporation and he played an integral role in building the company and it’s business through its strategic partnerships. Prior to Rimfire, he was a co-founder and President of Equity Engineering Ltd. (now Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd.), a privately held geological consulting firm. David is also a co-founder, shareholder and Chairman of C3 Alliance Corp., a privately held consulting firm which facilitates mutually beneficial relationships between Indigenous Peoples and resource sector businesses. In an extensive volunteer capacity, David served as the 2005 President of the Association for Mineral Exploration of British Columbia (AME BC) and David played a role in the creation of Geoscience BC and has served as a Director and Vice Chair until 2014.John F.H. John divides his time between Cornell University, where he is the Wold Professor of Environmental Balance for Human Sustainability, and Vancouver, BC where his consulting company provides strategic analysis and advice related to exploration, mining and sustainability. John has over 35 years of experience with the minerals industry and related research. He was VP Technology and Development and Chief Geoscientist for Teck Resources (1998-2012) and worked previously with Rio Tinto and BP Minerals. In the 1990s he ran the Mineral Deposit Research Unit at the University of British Columbia on behalf of industry. He participated in Global Agenda Council for the Future of Mining and Metals and is currently a member of the Global Future Council for Advanced Materials – both with the World Economic Forum. He is Chair of the Resources for Future Generations 2018 conference, Vice Chair of Genome BC, past President of the Society of Economic Geologists, and has other corporate board and advisory roles.Mahesh Liyanage, CPA, CA Chief Financial Officer

For the past ten years, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer for several exploration companies and gained valuable experience in managing financial affairs of exploration companies.Dave Groves, M.Sc. Dave Groves has over 35 years’ experience in precious-metals exploration, resource development and exploration business development. He currently serves as a non-executive director for Sarama Resources, a West African gold explorer and developer and, most-recently was a consultant for Evrim, where he provided target-generation and program-design services in North America. Previously, Mr. Groves held the position of VP Global Exploration for Centerra Gold where he led and managed the company’s resource development and greenfield exploration programs in Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Turkey, Russia and China. Before Centerra, and for much of his career, Mr. Groves was with Newmont Mining Corporation in exploration and business development roles in North America, Australia, Europe and West Africa. During his tenure at Newmont, he participated in the discovery and delineation of the Leeville and Turf gold deposits on the Carlin Trend in Nevada, directed greenfield discoveries of Carlin-type and high-sulfidation gold deposits in the Tethys mineral belt in Turkey and Armenia and oversaw a major resource expansion at the Akyem gold deposit in West Africa.
Mr. Groves serves as the Company’s “qualified person” for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

Ignacio has 14 years experience in mineral exploration, project generation, mapping sampling and both diamond and RC drilling, mainly in porphyry, skarn and epithermal projects. Aaron is a graduate from the University of Sonora and has ten years’ experience in exploration including geological mapping and drilling. Aaron spent three years working on properties which have since become part of Evrim’s portfolio. Rosana holds a Business Administrator bachelor degree and built her career in the information technology area working for international public companies, with demand management, process review and budget management. Nicola graduated from the University of Glasgow with an honours degree in Earth Science in 2011. After graduating, Nicola moved to Perth, Australia to work in the mining industry as an exploration geologist. Laurence joined Evrim in 2017 after graduating from the University of Alberta, Canada with a PhD in Economic Geology. He also holds an MA in Earth Sciences from the University of Cambridge, UK.
